F.C.T. - PELLICCIA VIVA

Ecco qui la seconda fatica dei punx nuoresi!
In questo cd potete trovare 12 ottime tracks di Punk/HC rabbioso, ben suonato e più tre cover (di Peggio Punx, Arturo e Scums of Society).
Parzialmente accantonate le influenze OI! del precedente demo e incrementato l'uso della velocità, la band trova la sua dimensione più congeniale tirando fuori vera  e propia personalità.
Quindi come già detto, velocità a rotta di collo (dietro le pelli c'è Mario ex-drummer di Dirty Power Game e attuale di Nihildum e Tear Me Down, tanto per darvi un'idea della velocità insana della batteria) un basso veramente tecnico e presente (Mauro suona anche in vari jazz trio e con Cuba Cuba e Ruja Karrera ed è un bassista veramente eccezionale, o ecceziunale veramente, come preferite) e una chitarra passa da riffs velocissimi ad altri più skankeggianti.
Ma il vero pregio degli F.C.T. secondo me è la voce di Cinzia che non è mai nè troppo pulita nè troppo urlata e resta sempre comprensibile e ti rimane fissa in testa (per la cronaca anche lei ha suonato in tanti altri gruppi vari strumenti e si tratta di: Vok Rebelde, Malattia, Disastro Sonoro, Dissidenza, Questioni Personali, Dissacrazione, Zustissia Mala, Irroku e tiene anche la label autoprodotta che si chiama tifiamo rivolta che potete trovare qua).
Anche la registrazione di questo demo è nettamente migliore del demo precedente e mette in luce tutte le caratteristiche della band.
Le tematiche sono quelle solite care agli F.C.T. ovvero di protesta contro tutto quello che c'è di marcio ne l mondo... quindi si va dallo stra-potere degli yankees alla vivisezione, dal rinnovato odio contro i nazi all'amore per l'autogestione; il tutto scritto in modo semplice ma non scontato che va direttamente al cuore del problema.
Uno dei testi che mi ha sempre colpito è "No Politica" che recita testualmente: "io sono dichiaratamente antifascista, non voto mai nessuno né a destra né a sinistra, non me ne frega un cazzo della vostra politica, tutti quanti uniti, nessuno ci dividerà, no politica non per noi"... insomma una dichiarazione d'intenti lontana dal solito piagnisteo di certe band pseudo OI! che usano la scusa del no politica per essere ambigui e fottersene di tutto, forse questo è il no politica più "politico" che abbia mai sentito.... ma questo è un altro discorso!
In chiusura, un ottimo discone da parte dei 3 nuoresi, altamente consigliato anche ai neofiti.

Here the second demo by the Nuoro's punk band F.C.T.
In this cd you can find 12 tracks of fast and raging and well played punk plus three coversongs of old school bands like Arturo, Scums Of Society and Peggio Punx.
They Oi! iunfluences of the first demo are gone and the use of speed is increased, and the band show more personality.
So the main features of the band are the insane speed (beneath the drum-kit there's Mario drummer of now disbanded crustband Dirty Power Game and currently playing with Nihildum, Tear Me Down and D.Y.S., just to let you imagine how fast the drums are) beside the fast drum bashing there's are really fat and technical bass-guitar (Mauro the four strings shredder of the band plays in various jazz trios and band like Cuba Cuba and Ruja Karrera and is really skilled) the guitar plays some violent riffs and some more skanking ones really good too, but the best thing in my opinion are Cinzia's vocals not too raw not too melodic, so you can understand what's her is singing about (i promise i will translate their lyrics one day) so very good vocals (just for duty of information even Cinzia plays in many punk formations various instruments, she played in bands like: Zustissia Mala, Disastro Sonoro, Questioni Personali, Dissidenza, Vok Rebelde, Irroku and many more).
The lyrics areabout classic punk topics as the yankees power or the hate for the police are simple but well written and straight to point.
One of my favourites is "No Politica"(No Politics) and it says like this: "I'm admittedlly antifascit,i dont vote for not,not left wing nor right wing,i dont give a fuck about your politics,we're all united no one shalle divide us! No Politics! Not for us!"... so are real cool "No Politics" songs far from some pseudo OI! whining of some skinhead band that use the excuse of being apolitical for being nazi friendly or simply dickheads,FCT are not like,maybe the most political "No Politics" song ever written, but that's another story.
A very good record recommended to all the punx maniax reading, you wont repent.
