Allora ragazzi cari, io (Zan) ho una sindrome non verbale, non distinguo destra e sinistra e ho difficoltà con le sequenze e le strutture. Fatta questa premessa, vi dico quindi che sulle prime mi avete messo proprio in difficoltà, ma poi basta capire che dalla sezione ritmica degli Zeit devi aspettarti di tutto (Francesco stai buono con quella batteria ;) e passa la paura.
Siamo di fronte ad un post-core esagitato e dissonante, acido fino all'inverosimile, che rifugge da tecnicismi non necessari ma dipinge un quadro nello stesso tempo chiaro e complesso, con un suono compatto e distruttivo...come una valanga.
Ora, anche se probabilmente un terzo dei componenti del gruppo ha la copertina di Jane Doe tatuata sul pube, il paragone coi Converge è aleatorio. Certo, il suono è quello, ma sotto tutto quell'apparente caos c'è anche un amore per bands come At The Gates e Death e, perché no, anche di certi Voivod più acidi.
Vale quello che è stato detto per i Lambs, ovvero che se entrambe le band entro poco tempo non sono su Deathwish o Relapse non c'è giustizia.
La stampa originale di questo ciddì è finita sold out in due settimane ed ora un pungo di etichette lo sta ristampando in vinilico formato.

Venice's hc scene is one of Italian finest example of what a scene really is, with bands like Slander (look at their "Bad Weather" video: LINK) and Siege Stompers and, of course, ZEIT!
This chaotic post-core unit will melt your face off with crazy rythmical patterns and acid gloomy guitars.
Seriuosly, everything can happen from the rythmical point of view!
Obviously the band is devoted to Converge and problably at least half of the band members have a Jane Doe tattoo on their crotch, but Converge are not the only recognizable influence: At The Gates, Death and later Voivod can be spotted if you pay attention to the chaotic riff-rama.
This band, like Lambs, doesn't get signed by Deathwish or Relapse, so there's no justice in this world.
