Agli svedesi Head Of the Demon non piace andare veloce, in nessun senso.
Con un titolo estremente esplicativo, "Deadly Black Doom", rilasciano un album ogni 4 anni, ed ora è il turno di questo bel full-lenght edito da Invictus Production.
Ci troviamo davanti ad una bestia fatta di occultismo e tempi ipnotici e dilatati, su cui si stagliano arpeggi incatatori e riff maligni che ti avvologono in spire blasfeme per toglierti il respiro e regalarti l'oscurità più completa e demoniaca.
Un vero inferno sonoro, interrotto solo dalla voce decisa e tuonante del frontman Saibot che, come un sacerdote di un culto deviato, salmodia inni all'occulto e all'inumano.
Un viaggio dantesco di circa un'ora, che dà i punti a tutto il penoso norse-core che vi ascoltate voi altri e ci spacciate pure pure per "kvlt". Qui di culto ci sono solo le influenze di band tipo i Mortuary Drape, Bethlem, Candlemass i Darkthone e Pentagram, che trattate con lo stile e la perizia a cui le band svedesi ci abituano.
Un lavoro consigliato e promosso a pieni voti.

The Swedish comvo Head Of the Demon doesn't drive in the fast lane both musically speaking with an extremely explanatory title: Deadly Black Doom, and production wise releasing an album every 4 years, now it's the turn of this astonishing full-length published by Invictus Production.
The listener have face a beast made of occultism and hypnotic beasts, and on which the bewitching arpeggios and evil riffs choke you into blasphemous coils that take your breath away and drive you into the most complete and demonic darkness.
a true sonic hell interrupted only by the determined and thundering voice of the frontman Saibot who as a priest of a deviated cult chants hymns to the occult and inhuman void.
A Dantesque journey of about an hour, that makes bite the dust to all the awful norse-core clones that you listen to you others and also are adressed as "kvlt".
The only cult thing are only the obvious influences of bands such as Mortuary Drape, Bethlem, Candlemass, Darkthone, and Pentagram that are delivered with the usual style and skill like the Swedish bands accostumed us to! highly reccomended!
