Gli HellBrood vengono dalla provincia di Urbio e suonano un grind-death dai riff thrashettoni e abbastanza classici. Tutto nella norma insomma, non fosse che hanno il cantante che cerca di essere il punto d'incontro tra Yamatsuka Eye e Gianburrasca di Rita Pavone, alternando growl e scream di ordinanza a urletti, ghirigori vocali, schiamazzi molesti e improbabili parti di cantato pulito, che non ti aspetti in un disco del genere.
Sostanzialmente non male, ricordano l'eclettismo dei Cibo, altra band nostrana fuori di melone.
Sarebbe bello risentirli con dei brani ancora più destrutturati, dove alle parti vocali facciano eco anche soluzioni strumentali ancora più malate e schizoidi.
Un ottimo spunto lo dà l'ultima traccia "Giungla", dove il gruppo sembra più a briglia sciolta e a suo agio.
Consigliato a tutti i fan dell'estremo e/o a chi ha avuto almeno tre T.S.O.

HellBrood are a grind-death band from Urbio. They have some thrash riff-rama in their formula, but what stands out from the norm is the insane vocal approach of the singer, that uses growl and scream, but also clean, crazed, silly vocals, and it's not that bad.
They sound like the italian band Cibo, and it would be really awesome if the band would follow the approach of the singer, and would take the road of full insanity, like the last track "Giungla", which is a possibile scenario of the evolution of the band.
